A series of training sessions exploring the theories and practices of mindfulness.

 

Mindful  Breath Awareness Training:

  • Master classes provide an overview of mindfulness and the mental, emotional, and physical impact that it has on our lives personally and professionally.

Mindful Practical Support Training:

  • Participants consider the role that their hopes and fears play in decision making and develop practical tools to support their ability to develop mental self-awareness, emotional empathy, and physiological wellness.

 Mindful Emotional Support Training:

  • Participants will be invited to engage in emotional regulation activities geared to explore ways to cultivate mental self-awareness, emotional empathy, and physiological wellness.
